- Categories are considered to be complete in case there are 3 or more participants in each category.
- Men dance in the same nominations as women.
ABSOLUTE CHAMPIONSHIP CAIRO MIRAGE-2022!
Championship is held in every age and level category. Championship participants – CAIRO MIRAGE-2022 winners who got 1st, 2nd or 3rd places in any solo nomination.
Every place is equal to some amount of points: every 1st place is equal to 10 points, every 2nd place is equal to 8 points and every 3rd place is equal to 6 points. All points of a participant are added together.
Participants who get maximum total score of points in their age categories become Absolute Champions in CAIRO MIRAGE-2022!

MODERN ORIENTAL
Participants are allowed to use modern songs (without disco- and techno sound)
FOLKLORE
Nomination is divided into Egyptian and Non-Egyptian folklore.
Egyptian folklore nomination includes: saidi, escandarani, siwa, nouba, simsimiya, bambouti, fallahi, ghawazee, haggala, bedouin dance, bedouin haggala, shamadan, mouwashahat.
Non-Egyptian folklore nomination includes: Gulf folklore, Maghreb folklore and folklore styles of Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, Yemen and Sudan.
If present another folklore style please send the presentation video to organizers.
Performance should be created according to chosen national music and costume and include manner, movements and character of chosen folklore style.

EXCLUSIVE NOMINATION WITH BAND - KATIA ESHTA CUP
Competition is held for 6 age categories - Baby; Children; Juniors; Adults; Golden Middle; Golden, Brilliant. Any participant without reference to dance level is allowed to take part in Katia Eshta Cup nomination. Participants are allowed to choose for performance 1 and more songs from proposed song's list. Total performance time limit - 7 minutes. Mejanse, tarab songs, modern songs, beledi (including baladi progression), shaabi, khaligi, tabla solo are allowed for performance in Egypt Cup. One costume change inside performance is allowed.
